Describe the bug
i'm unable to cast the holy flower spell from the divine magic tree since the latest update
it just uses up mana and does nothing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Cast the holy flower spell using the spellbar
2. It begins to cast but then nothing happens

Expected behavior
its supposed to shoot a seed that would spawn a flower that keeps my health up as i recklessly jump into the fray

it also makes you slow indefinitely until you cast another spell (the effect that happens, where you are meant to slow down as you cast a spell)
