In dimensional dungeons on the dissonance official server the crates that give loot with levels like mythic or rune crafter give level one loot and all crates are labelled level 0.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to dimensional dungeon
2. get crate from chest
3. open crate
4. be disappointed with level 1 loot

I believe its a fair assumption that these crates should be giving loot more aligned with the level of the player and since dimensional dungeons are for level 60+ a level one legendary bracelet probably isn't intentional
