some interactable objects aren't poping up with there menus or inventories but the animation works

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to click on any double chest or bounty board built by the player

Expected behavior
inventory to pop up

Additional Information (screen shots, etc.)
if i break 1 of the double chests and interact with the single one left behind i works. bounty boards spawn by game work but build boards do nothing
