Describe the bug
Ones of my players was blown up by a wraith but it somehow killed him twice which caused keepinventory to wipe.
Player was blown up by Wraith
Player was slain by Wraith

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
Only die once and keep inventory.

cant seem to reproduce this, can anyone confirm if this is just wraiths causing it?
