im using https://www.minecraft-hosting.pro/
trying to make a server and no matter what i get an error saying
Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 27, Size:5
and i cant figure out why it wont work

apparently you need to message the server hosts and they can fix it. if you come onto the discord some people with simialr issues have posted about how they resolved it.
