Health cost drain magic shield as well

To Reproduce
Use any health cost skills with amount of magic shield

Expected behavior
In older versions everything was fine about health cost and magic shield
Magic shield was untouched

This thing complitely ruinng Soul shred builds

not a bug but will be more obvious in next update
