Describe the bug
Unholy Meditation does not restore Mana, despite saying it does so

To Reproduce

1. Use Arctic Armour to zero out mana regen
2. Use another skill to have a mana defecit
3. Use unholy meditation
4. Watch as mana does not restore

Expected behavior
Mana flows through me once again

Additional Information (screen shots, etc.)
In case it is relevant, I have Magical Life zeroing out my magic shield

fixed for next update, thanks. this was actually affecting more than just unholy meditation!
