Describe the bug
The item in question acquired the Lightning Shield prefix and it had an unknown affix as part of it.
As the server restarted, the entire prefix was "consumed" by that unknown affix, leaving it as it was.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Reroll Lightning Shield onto an item
2. Restart server
3. (Optional) Possibly enchant the item. I have only faced the error post-enchantment so I can't tell if it was the enchant or the server
   that caused the issue.

Expected behavior
Lightning Shield to give it's actual stats. Unlike it is on the image, where it gives nothing.

Very weirdly, it sort of fixed itself. The unknown_affix stays but it's possible to see the prefix with it's modifiers.
However, it could be that it will glitch itself again after a restart, but it's possible to confirm the modifier with this SS.
