Describe the bug
Blood Mage not working if skilled. Mana is on 3. Skills won't work.
I tried the flame sword build in the build guides.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. talent point blood mage skilled
2. try any spell (lvl 1) + 1k hp'
3. 'Not enough resources' appears in chat and the skill won't work

Expected behavior
for blood mage to work with your hp.

Nothing really. If there is something I can help with let me know.

If you have any amount of mana shield it will try to take it from the mana shield first and will not take from life. Get rid of any mana shield on your equipment and try again.
