Copper to Silver chest upgrade can be crafted with an empty 3x3 grid

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Craft a crafting table
2. Open crafting grid
3. Recipe output slot contains Copper to Silver chest upgrade

Expected behavior

An empty recipe slot

Thanks, I fixed this for next release. Not sure why the KubeJS scripts weren't working properly!
