Not sure if this is intentional, but the Poise Bush and Tall Poise Bush cannot be collected with any tool other than shears. If they are broken by a shear-like tool such as the Tinker's Kama, Tinker's Scythe, or the Create Mechanical Plough, the bushes will not drop as an item.

I've also tried applying the Silky modifier to the Tinker's Kama and Scythe, and the bushes still won't drop as items.

This isn't a real terrible issue since they can be duplicated in the Phytogrower, but it does limit your options and, in my opinion, goes against the theme of the pack by not having a Create solution to farming them. (well, other than having a lot deployers with shears)

Hint: Poismoss and Eumus Poismoss can be bone mealed to grow Poise Bushes and Tall Poise Bushes similar to bone mealing grass.
