Farmer's Delight Buddycard Medal is completely overpowered and should probably be disabled

The Farmer's Delight Buddycard Medal, which is extremely easy to get, gives you a permanent Nourishment buff which is supposed to only be from high-tier FD foods, and completely disables hunger drain from anything except regenerating health from taking damage.
