Modpack Version: v1.3

Currently Creosote Oil is missing its Compression Dynamo recipe to turn it into RF. It was there in v1.1 but has since disappeared and considering there is still a quest in Chapter 4 ("Coal Juice") that let's the players know the oil can be used for extra RF, this seems like a bug.

From the image you can see that Creosote Oil has no "Compression Dynamo" tab to its JEI entry:
