I am unable to progress the questline Catching Sediment. It is 100% complete with both checkmarks showing when you click on it. It is highlighted in blue and will not progress to the Clay Washer quest. I have built a strainer base and sediment filter to obtain sand and clay. I have also washed sand to obtain clay.
