Cart Assembler + Mechanical bearing creates unexpected behaviour when assembling

Mechanical bearings placed ontop of cart assemblers rotate structures attatched to the bearing by 90 degrees clockwise (when viewed from the top), when cart is assembled. Disassembly occurs perfectly normally.
