AE2 Name presses are made by right-clicking air with a certus/nether quartz cutting tool in-hand, and placing an iron ingot into the GUI.
However they are bunched in with the other presses for the recipe for circuit scrap.
I believe this is unintentional as it allows players to make all 4 presses using almost nothing but 2 pieces of iron and 8 invar, no exploration required.
