In a C:AaB server we have observed that quest rewards, and anything purchased through the Trade Station, always go to the player who logged in most recently. We haven't observed any cases of them not going to anyone at all, as indicated in #295, but in our server we have players in vastly different areas of the map, so when one player needs a trade station Import card and buys it, and it ends up going to another player several kilometers away, someone has to stop what they're doing and make the long journey.

This happens for quest rewards, and trade station 'Card' purchases (Import or Profession cards)
