I started a server with just a few friends that im hosting on my PC and it is constantly getting lag for opening chest and all that. Sometimes its even 20 seconds. The server has 8GB of ram available to it, this is the startup command im running. I can give it more ram but I dont think thats going to help at this point, its only using around 6GB.

I dont even have a large base yet only a few Create systems going and it was lagging before I set that all up. No idea what I can do at this point, any help would be appreciated as its getting annoying. Attached the log if that helps.
