Quest book and Recipes unavailable in SMP server

On SMP server the quest book does not show for any players and the recipes are standard create recipes vs the ones in AnB

This resolved the issue, user error. SMP server now running with quests. Thank you!

Make sure the kubejs and config folders have been added to the server, not only the mods
