Create: Above and Beyond Server creation help

Good afternoon. I am attempting to create A Create: Above and Beyond server, so I downloaded the server files for the 1.3 version of the modpack. After extracting the contents to a file, I initiated the file "forge-1.16.5-36.2.20-installer.jar" to obtain the rest of the files. Once that was completed, I created a batch file containing these arguments:
java -Xmx8G -Xms8G -Dsun.rmi.dgc.server.gcInterval=2147483646 -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:G1NewSizePercent=0 -XX:G1ReservePercent=20 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=50 -XX:G1HeapRegionSize=32M -XX:+UseG1GC -jar forge-1.16.5-36.2.20.jar nogui

Upon running the batch file, this output is achieved:

I am currently using java build 1.8.0_321. Is there a step I missed or messed up?
I have found the issue after digging around the forums a little

Java 321, the latest java, is incompatible with the current version of forge. to run a server, you need to downgrade to an older version of java (such as 312). This issue is technically resolved but if anyone has a more permanent answer than downgrading java please let me know!
