Issue: Water washing does not wash ores.

Steps to recreate: download 1.3 from curseforge, start creative and setup a simple waterwheel+fan setup. I used pressure plates around the water source to contain it, then threw crushed iron ore onto it. Waited until the ore despawned without it getting washed. switched water source to lava and it smelted the ore.

Also tried v1.2 just in case it was a recent addition.

Wash dust to nuggets.
