The recipes of the Boom Arrow[Forbidden & Arcanus] & the Explosive arrow[Archer's paradox] conflict. Its not possible to craft the Explosive arrow.

There's a mod called Polymorph that bypasses recipe conflicts. It might require updating FastWorkbench to at least 4.6.0
