This issue is with a brand-new server running on a headless ubuntu machine. Everything else seems to be okay. Could it be that I copied and pasted the mod Jar files from the client CAAB modpack into the server mod directory instead of the server CAAB modpack? That's my only theory, and I haven't tested it yet.
