Horrible performance all of a sudden

I played create A&B with my friend yesterday and they were getting a stable 30-40 fps, but today they get 13 fps for no visible reason.
Things tried:
Adding Optifine
Removing Optifine
Reinstalling modpack x10
Getting me to reinstall modpack and send to them x2 (Before doing this the fps was less than 1)
Reinstalling minecraft completely
Trying other launchers
Reinstalling server
Trying different server
Trying singleplayer
Nothing worked so far, please help.
