Im using 6gb max memory and java 8, but the error says "exception in server tick loop". This happens every time i load the world too.

If you are in Singleplayer, backup your save and reinstall the pack. The error is caused by a parsing exception in your culinary construct config.
If you are playing on a server, it's the server with a broken config.
