Saw v 2.0.4c Changelog. (Should update to current)

Steel Plate Recipe in Chapter 4 completely stops progression.
The REI suggests making it in an Ad-Astra compressor only.
Steel wont pour into a small plate cast.
TechReborn compressor will not accept steel ingots and make them into plates.
Create: Mechanical Press does not make steel ingots into Steel Plates.

It is also misleading that the Quest Entry: Iron but slightly harder, i reckon shows steel plates, but the entry requires 8 steel ingot
