Experimental branch is using a broken version of Steam 'n' Rails

The Steam 'n' Rails version that the experimental branch is using causes a game crash whenever a bogey style is selected that isn't 'Standard' or 'Invisible'.

I reported this bug on the Steam 'n' Rails github several months ago: Layers-of-Railways/Railway#223

Turns out that Steam 'n' Rails was actually a version ahead lol, I made a PR to update Create to 0.5.1c
