[Bug]: Tech Reborn ore tooltips display incorrect y levels

The tooltip claims that silver ore generates between y=-24 and y=60.

RER shows that silver ore actually generates between y=0 and y=~113.

The tooltip also claims that silver ore is most common at y=65 while RER shows that it's actually most common at y=56.

How to Reproduce?

Download and set up the latest version of the astral-experimental branch.

Unsure if this issue also exists on the main branch.

Expected Behavior

The tooltip should display accurate information about where silver ore generates
