Crafted Carpenter's workbench, and tried placing it, breaking it, tossing it out of my inventory and picking it back up, and nothing activates the completion of said quest, unless you relog while holding the workbench in your inventory.

Do you happen to remember if you crafted it in a vanilla workbench or a Tinker's crafting table thing
