Bug Description

The atttribute gives just as much swim speed as you would expect from that name, ie none.

How to Reproduce?

Put scutes on any tinkers armour and try swimming with and without that on.

Expected Behavior

To swim faster when wearing armour that has this attribute

From some testing in singleplayer the entire attribute just doesnt work.

It seems that porting libs mixin just never applies. I can't tell why, everything seems to be in order, but its missing from the debug dump.
