[Bug]: Steel Screw Lock is impossible to craft via the casting recipe

There are two recipes that take a ring cast and molten steel. Only the first is able to be crafted and its not the steel screw lock.

The quest also says 'you dont have the means to turn it [steel dust] into an ingot', and also implies we cant melt it. Both of these are false, it is meltable in the basin and through that one can turn it into an ingot. Without that you would b absolutely screwed for the next quests.

It is also not, as the quest states, a 'slightly reduced' material cost. ITS OVER THREE TIMES CHEAPER. That is not slight.
