[Bug]: Get Silky quest is just plain wrong

The last sentence is incorrect. The kama can collect slimy vines without silky. Slimy vines work exactly the same as normal vines in that shears can collect them, and the kama is tinker's shears.
Applying silky to a sword, cleaver, scythe or dagger (as per the encylopedia) lets it also gain this shearing ability and allows the tool to harvest slimy vines.
