[Bug]: Drilling Ostrum Screw Breech produces nethersteel nuggets

Bug Description

When you use the drill from Create: Big Cannons, it produces some scrap material that can be recycled. However, for the ostrum components (which would be nethersteel in vanilla) we get nethersteel nuggets as scrap; I would expect ostrum ones. Nethersteel is useless as all it's uses have been replaced.

A recipe to recycle the nethersteel into ostrum would fix this if we cannot replace the scrap material itself.
