[Bug]: Compacting charcoal into blocks greatly reduces the total burn time

Bug Description

The burn time of a charcoal block is currently set to 10 items total. This means that you lose a potential 62 items smelted as 9 pieces on their own equal to a total burn time of 72.

This stands in great contrast to regular coal where 9 pieces of coal compacted into a block has a burn time of 80 items.
