[Bug]: Traveler's Backpack abilities not working

Bug Description

What says in the title. The abilities from special backpacks are not triggering. Tried the ender, cake and squid's and none work.
Maybe is a feature, but even if it is, it should say it somewhere, before you craft various backpacks only to be dissapointed when they don't do anything.

They are disabled in the config. If you want to change it it's here:
