[Bug]: Distillation tower schematic is not updated and UI is bugged

Bug Description

Added a new structure for the Distillation Tower multiblock that moves the controller one block up to allow an additional side of the block to be accessed.

Distillation Tower schematic of 2.1.3 and 2.1.4 are the same. HUD most definitely bugged.
