[Bug]: some tconstruct recipes/overwrites missing

Bug Description
not all of global_packs\required_data\zTConstructAstra\data\tconstruct\recipes\smeltery\casting was ported to 2.1.4's folder structure which means some recipes/temperature overwrites are missing
missing recipes so far:
saddle dupe shimmer recipe
different temps (so far): diamond, emerald (but leave it), ostrum, calorite, cobalt (but leave it), amethyst, amethyst bronze (but leave it), hepatizon (but leave it), iron (but leave it), pig iron (but leave it),
i got to netherite I'll keep looking tomorrow

these are remaining to check temp differences between 2.1.3 and 2.1.4a
most probably dont matter even if there are differences
