The JEED version in the download of the pack is 1.1, but 1.2 being required for the effect blacklist to work.

This is causing the blacklist for inaccessible effects to get removed from the config whenever the game is loaded.

I already had 1.2 in there but I guess it wasn't updated in the metadata. Updated to 1.3 anyway so it should be good.
