Shulkers and bundles randomly delete items and blocks that are added via quickadd.

There doesn't seem to be a cause as it happens randomly. The bundles deleting items was only seen in 1.3.6, but the shulker issue has happened in every version up until 1.3.9. It may still happen in 1.3.9, but I haven't updated to that version yet.
