Yak pants ability doesn't stop after taking them off

Wearing the Yak pants allows you to step up blocks without jumping; However, the ability persists even after taking the pants off. The issue doesn't happen if I just use the mod Environments, So there must be another mod in the pack that is causing this behavior.
