Refined Obsidian Quest not working

Describe the bug
When getting the materials for the Refined Obsidian quest, it doesn't detect that the items have been gotten

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get to the refined obsidian quest in Getting Mekanised
  2. Get some obsidian dust and refined obsidian
  3. Nothing updates

Expected behavior
Both items to get registered as gotten, and then being able to progress

Edit: I just noticed it has the dependency "Enriching your life" but no arrow pointing to it

You have not completed the dependencies - specifically the quest "Enriching Your Life". Please use the little black arrow to work out why dark grey quests are not available to work on (they're a lighter grey when you can work on them)
