Describe the bug
Clicking a water bucket on either a wooden or heavy oak sieve will not cause it to water log.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Fill iron bucket with water
2. Click it on a sieve
3. sadness

Hi. I think this is how it works now in this version: put water down first, then sieve in water, or put sieve down, then crouch+ use water bucket on the sieve. Could you please try that?
