Modular Recycler recycles an entire stack but produces a single result's worth

Describe the bug
The recycler processes an entire stack instead of doing items one at a time and in doing so only gives result for one item's worth.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Craft some stackable items
- Place stack in the recycler
- Recycler will delete entire stack but only give results as if only a single item was put in.
Expected behavior
Recycler only processes one item at a time.

Additional context
This happened on both an updated instance and newly made one (the video is using creative mode but I highly doubt that does anything in this case)
