Premade save issue

I downloaded the pack and anytime I load the premade saved world, it just puts me on an island surrounded by water, it won't put me in the "outpost"

Could you please explain what you mean by "load the premade world"?

You should just be using the create new world option.

If that's what you are doing, but no land or structure generation is happening, have you tried reinstalling?

If so, and it is still happening, could you please attach log files so I can perhaps help figure out what's going wrong?

Thank you for responding, and I'm very sorry for taking so long to reply. I had some unexpected work stuff come up. I'm home now and I'll do some more poking and I'll post more after I try your suggestions. I can say my Main Menu and Create World screens do look identical to your screen shots you posted on discord.

And to explain my confusion, when I loaded into the world and I saw where I was, I just assumed I was missing a preloaded save file or something. That was a misunderstanding on my end.

I deleted the modpack completely and redownloaded it, but I realized I left Optifine added, and I could have sworn I removed it already. I'm sorry, I know everything ever says to remove Optifine before reporting issues but I guess I accidentally deleted out if a different instance folder. I'm trying it now without it and a fresh install.

So if I were to guess what was happening, Optifine was causing something to glitch out on world creation. I tried with a fresh install and it worked fine.

I may try readding Optifine now that I know I have a world already properly generated just to see if it causes issues again, but I won't bother you anymore with it. Sorry for wasting your time and thanks for making the pack.

I'm glad you got to the bottom of it. Happy to help. Don't hesitate to ask for info / classifications on Discord for anything else, or report bugs here in GitHub. Thanks!
