Cannot use Mekanism's Fluid Tank instead of bucket in crafting recipes

Modpack Version:
0.2.5
Describe the bug
Can't use fluid tank as a water bucket in IE concrete craft. It's very tedious to craft manually having only option to use default water bucket.
Expected behavior
Ability to use modded fluid containers in craft recipes, not only default minecraft buckets.
I'll see what I can do about adding this. Not sure I'll get around to every recipe with a bucket of fluid in it, but will do what I can in the time I have available.
Unfortunately I can't seem to find a simple fix for this. I'll leave this in here a bit longer and take another look at some point, but for now it's not looking promising if the original mod author(s) for the tank and/or recipe in question have not already considered this sort of compatability.
Yeah, that's not a bug. That's simply not a feature of Mekanism. I don't think I've ever seen a mod that allowed for someone to use a tank in place of a bucket.
Alternate idea; add alternate recipes using forge:water for recipes requiring water buckets, which would allow people to use Pam's Fresh Water, which is stackable. It's not the same as being able to use a tank of water for crafting, but at least the Fresh Water is stackable, allowing for easier bulk-crafting of concrete.
Second alternate idea; Add a Mechanical Mixer recipe that allows one to pipe water directly into a mixer with the other ingredients and craft the concrete that way, similar to how to the mixer recipe for fluix crystals.

I'm going with a variation of the second alternate suggested.
There is already a recipe for grout in a mixer, which is sand, clay and gravel, giving 2 grout. I tried adding in a recipe to include water, but it makes the grout recipe first, so doesn't use the new custom one even if water is in the basin. Instead of removing the grout recipe, I've added a recipe which uses 250Mb of water and 1 grout to produce 2 concrete from immersive engineering (so proportions stay the same). it means it's a 2 step process, but it is totally automatable.
By the way, you can already make concrete in a crafting table using a Jerry Can full of 10 buckets of water to do 10 crafts in quick succession - this is an Immersive Engineering recipe that's built-in to that mod.
