Silicon replacement from AE2 to Refined Storage

Describe the bug
After adding a refined storage all the recipes of silicon was replaced by ref. Storage. That lead to impossibility to create the silicon circuit, cause it need silicon from AE2.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Furnace the Quartz or quartz dust
  2. Get the silicon from Refined Storage
  3. Trying to create the silicon circuit
  4. Impossibility to put the silicon in the Inscriber

Expected behavior
The silicon circuit starting creation

Ok - I've managed to replicate this - I'll get a patch out later today if I can.

Actually, managed to sort it already, so this has now been released in 0.2.9
