As you can see, the heavy sieve, which is supposed to be more expensive, turns out to be much cheaper than the small one. The same thing happens to auto hammer as well. I wonder if this is made like this or a mistake.

Also the ancient debris has can be crafted by an obsidian and a scrap, but it can easily be crushed and enriched to get 3 scraps .

I'll tweak the auto heavy sieve and auto compressed hammer recipes - I think them requiring a pulverizer too makes sense.

The crafting of Ancient Debris has been left in intentionally.
