Describe the bug
other oil types don't work to complete quest, only cooking oil worked. I tried with sesame oil would not mark as completed

This is because there is a quest dependency on completing the "Cooking Oil" quest first. The idea is to work your way through the "open" quests to see how getting one ingredient opens up the possibilities for other things. You can, of course, make potato chips without cooking oil and use a substitute, but that questline is more about introducing people to Pam's a bit, and so I think I'll leave the dependency in there so that it hopefully continues to show the link between getting an ingredient and them being able to make more interesting things.
