- As you told me, and I didn't saw, is possible to start with Thermal machines while doing the diorite, so later I will need to destroy the machine for the quests to see the machine in my inventory and that it counts for the quest.
- "Dirtying the dishes", while doing the part of the hammering I already did some foods, and especially the tools, but they don't count since are not enabled.
- "Digging up the dirt". I already have a 3 botany pots, unlocked cactus, sugarcane... because of a quest in 1."Getting Going", I don't know why is repeated or it didn't unlock with that quest on 1.
- "Tool tinkering". I'm too tired of tinkers in all modpacks, I wanted to avoid doing the same all over again, so I was going to avoid, but seems is needed. And also the smelter... pff tired of always the same. I think it should be more customizable. Thatldu tools are good enough, tinkers only adds enchantments? I started the modpack because someone said that it was a good modpack to really learn how to use mods, but I think all should be skippable for people who already know some mods.
- I think it also happens with industrial foregoing?
Describe the solution you'd like
I can't think of an easier solution, because leaving all chapters open is going to look bad. I suppose the only solution would be to refactor some quests.
- Ther-malcontent unlocked after getting andesite alloy
- "Dirtying the dishes" with clay.
- "Digging up the dirt" also with clay.
- "Tool tinkering" not sure if could be avoid. I'm seeing you can get the osmium from sieving with emerald or netherite, so I could take the other route, if the Osmium Osmosis wouldn't be a lock.
- Industrial foregoing after you get the iron mesh?
Ok, so it's not perfect for you. However, there is a storyline and a progression that goes along with it. Obviously people can go off and do other things, but if I open everything up, it will just become a kitchen sink pack (or at least open progression) and there are already hundreds of those to choose from. It really is not trivial to switch quests around or mess with progression and change storyline to suit, so I'm afraid I won't be making drastic changes. I hope you still enjoy playing, but if it's really bugging you, perhaps this isn't the pack for you? I don't expect it to be loved by everyone and I'd rather people have fun, so if this isn't fun for you...
