I can't help but think that the silica dust should be smelt-able into Silicon, given silica is silicon....

Hi. I did think about this, but in the end decided not to as it would mess up too much in terms of currently needing quartz to make silicon, which affects both the AE and RS stuff.

Maybe add the recipe to the Enrichment Chamber to gate it somewhat?
